I am an owner of Bajaj pulsar Rs 200 and unfortunately not a proud owner after your pathetic service.
2 months back there was an issue in my motorbike as the coolant sensor use to flash automatically and then my bike use to stall for 5 to 10 mins before it start again. I spent 7000rs at the Ghatkopar service center and they said they have replaced the sensor now.
Since last 3 days the sensor issue has started again and I am getting fed up of my bike and your service now.
My name is Siddhesh Borkar and my bike registration number is MH03 CC 2220.
I request you to take an urgent action on this and give me a solution on priority. The name of the service guy was Rajendra Singh(not very sure).
For this I received the below response from Bajaj Customer Care:

Just to bring to your notice that I got my bike serviced 3 weeks ago for the below issue from the Bajaj authorized service center in Ghatkopar West (Narayan Nagar).
Today the same issue has started again and now I am seriously fed up and frustrated. I have dropped my bike to this pathetic service center 3 times now for the same issue. Only thing I have wasted till now is my time and money with no resolution at all.
Today, post calling one of the supervisor (Pravin) in that service center, I have been told to drop my bike and they will forward it to their R&D department. I absolutely don’t know how many more days will it take and will the problem really be solved. I now seriously have no trust left on Bajaj.
