REMINDER 06
We have made the above mentioned docket against our PRI connection number 033-4026-3000.
But we have not received any solution till date.
The issues faced by us are as follows:
1. Customers are getting continuous engaged tone from outside when they are calling up our number but in actual the line is free.
2. The line is getting cut very frequently causing immense problems to the callers and us.
If we don’t get proper solution then we shall be forced to change the connection and shift to different users.
