Defective AC delivered and not replaced

This is in reference to the Carrier AC purchased on 17th June 2012 from Vijay Sales, Pitampura store.The AC that was delivered is defective and unoperational.When the store salesmen were contacted, he talked rudely and refused to replace the airconditioner. Its been almost two weeks and the AC has still not been replaced.Request you to look into this matter and provide a solution for the same.
