Activation Amount is not refunded.

Location/place: NOIDA

I have applied for an IP TV connection from Airtel in February 2012. The CEF no. is 2996968. The associated landline number is 0120-4281289 and A/c number is 7005504426.

For this connection I have given activation amount of Rs. 1750/- via cheque (No: 880887 HDFC Bank Dated Feb 8th, 2012. The cheque is of my wife’s account, name Ruhi Agrawal).

This connection is denied by Airtel specifying some technical issues in installing IPTV in the area requested. Till date the activation amount is not refunded. I have called customer care a lot of times (The following are some request number along with date):

Note: I have mailed all the necessary information very clearly and sent to [email protected] (as requested). The bank statement is also provided to them showing the cheque debit from the account. Still they are doing nothing.

Please look into this matter.
