On 21st feb 2013 I purchased an exide battery for 2 yrs warranty whose model no. IN 1350 plus in Rs 6800 and with warranty card no. 707292 . They promised me around 3 hrs of back up. But from May month due to absence of electricity in the city we came to know that backup is only upto half hours without excessive use . I called Mr jagdish on 9891178989(owner of Royal Aircon- Shop no.3 , Jagat Plaza parking, Near yamaha show room , Gr Noida )on 7th may and informed him . He told the battery must be defected soon their technician will visit at our home (I-291, Alpha-2 , Gr Noida , U. P-201306) . but after so many calls and request no body visited and now they are disconnecting our calls even . nobody is answering in 0120-4117955/56/61 in service station in ghaziabad :D-42, patel Nagar -2.
so kindly help me to get this battery replaced . Before also I have purchased same model no. IN 1350Plus from same shop with warranty no. 189446 , but at that time this problem was not faced .
