1.Product is delivered late First i haven’t raise issue for that okay,
2.Now when i got product its defected as i m not able to charge my cell phone with this power bank
3. I raise issue they accepted return but they have schedule any pickyup
4. I mailed them about more than 100 times they have just rply ur issue is on top priority and we will schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours.
Now i wanna give the ticket number they are issued to me during email conversation.

This ticket regading for defect in the product.
Ticket No.2- Ticket #103574512: Status Dated-5th Nov
This ticket regarding confirmation of Dealy of pickup of return order they confirm the return but they still havenot pickup my product.:-

As of now we are unable to replace/exchange the product, hence processed your return request. Our courier partner will come and pick the product from your doorstep in 3-4 days.
Your refund will be processed immediately into your Paytm account once the shipment will be picked up and reaches the merchant.
The product that you want to return must only have been used for trial and cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. You can also visit the “Help Center ” section in the Paytm app for further details.

SO AS U CAN SEE 9 NO OF TICKETS I GOT I HOPE I MISSED 1 OR 2 TICKETS GUYS THESE PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE IS A CREEP AND FAKE THEY ARE FRAUD .I MAILED THEM TODAY TWICE AND GUESS WHAT I DON’T EVEN GET A TICKET.
THEY DELIVER DEFECT PRODUCT TO SMALL TOWN SAMBALPUR AND OF NOW THEY ARE JUST RESOLVING MY PROBLEM AND THEY STUCK MY MONEY AS A STUDENT I M SUFFERING A LOT FROM THEM.
THEY ARE CHEAT I DON’T WANT NOT ONLY MONEY BUT COMPENSASTION AS MY XAMS ARE NEAR BY I M DOING THIS KIND OF COMPALING STUFF COLLECTING DATA AND FILING COMPLAIN.
I JUST WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAISNT THEM THEY ARE THINKING “YE CHOTA SEHAR KA LADKA H KYA KAR LEGA”
They don’t have any trust any more from our side.
