This is to inform you that now i just want to know the procedure to go ahead with the respective complaints made against inalsa company as well as its food processor, if possible at your end.
you are requested to please go ahead with regard to this complaint made at our end and also to provide me any other option which i can take against this company whether it be in court or outside the court, doesn’t matter at all.
Hence you are requested to please tell us the way we can proceed with…………..
As now the employees of Inalsa are making one and other tricks to me in order to avoid any kind of further complaints which can be at our end to you. In order to confirm this, let me inform you that nearabout a week ago I recieved a call from one of the call centres of Inalsa Company where we were given a number and it was told to us that this is our mumbai number and we can go ahead with the complaint in order to deal with the company directly but we got shocked when we called that number, it was said at their end that they have no authority to deal with this and if there is some problem in Delhi, then it can only be solved in Delhi,hence we are not required to call them anymore and the number I got a call from was totally not reachable again and again.
Hence, they are typically trying one and another tricks to me in order to avoid any kind of further complaint which can be made at our end in future.
In this way, you are requested to show us some way, if possible, we can go ahead with this complaint against this company,at your end.
Earliest response, if possible, is needed at your end.
