I have puchased a blackbeery curve on 12.04.2012 but the phone was dead after using 10 days.when i reach service center at lajpat nagar after 18 days to get solve ny problem then tell me that this phone will not be replaced but we will service this phone.but after 10 days of using my phone the same prob.occers again.when i raised this problem again custmer care depatment refuse to take my complaint and they give my no. of senior manager of service department Mr. Zakir and from that he is not picking uo my call.I had tried many times but no answer and no call back.
Please resolve my problem.
