Deduction without intimation on services not subscribed

Name of company/service: Airtel

Dear Sir,

Please note that there is unnecessary deduction from from prepaid airtel no. 9987638099. I have neither subscribed for any AL-Entertaintment Devotional VP Pack nor for any AX-543212. There is direct deduction of Rs.20/- to 30/- from my balance that too without me subscribing to the above.
