I am Rajesh Kumar Mishra from Bhubaneswar, is a customer of your mobile service company. Earlier I used to be happy with the service but now i am frustrated with the service system for unwanted calls and deduction of balance from my mobile account without my prior consent.
I have two different mobile nos. as i am staying both in Chhatisgarh and in Odisha.
1. Odisha No. 8260344714
I had left Odisha on July 9th with approx. Rs 41 in my mobile account. But i got a sms that your sms pack is activated and in this regard you had deducted an amount of Rs.39. I had tried to contact the customer care but did not find any solution and hence moved to Odisha again on 10th August and then recharged it with Rs 20 and again deduction of money started. I just want to know the reason why????
2. Chhattisgarh No. 9098980734
I am using this no. while i am at Raipur. I had left that place with Rs 18 and they have deducted 6rs in the name of sms pack.and again deducted 5Rs. and my account balance was just Rs. 5. and hence i had recharged it with Rs. 50 and today I got a sms that your sms pack has been activated again. and now they have deducted Rs. 39 and I have a balance of Rs. 5 only. When my sms pack is activated on 11th then why did they deduct such amount again???
I need a specific answer for that as right now i am not using the no. and you are deducting the money like anything and i need all my money back.
Therefore, please look into the matter as soon as possible.
***don’t tell me to dial the customer care no. as it is the most frustrating thing ever happened to me as they are not replying.
