Complaint regarding HDFC standard Life Insurance company

Name of company/service: HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd.

On 5th July 2012, I got a call from HDFC Life insurance regarding policy “Sampoorn Samridhi “. Agent Mr. Rahul Saxena (Cell No: 09711292500) has provided the following benefits regarding the policy:
1) Amount to be deposited/year for 5 years=15,000.
2) Sum assured on Maturity=1,07,000
3) Terminal bonus on Maturity
4) Jivan Bima of Rs. 50,000
5) 4 Statement for tax Rebate/year
6) Also, all the details will be logged on bond paper as well
7) First year premium was Rs. 15,000 & the consecutive premium are 1250/month from 2nd year.
As the above benefits were really fruitful, I have taken the above said policy on 5th July and have issued the cheque for 6th July 2012. The form No. that I have filled is (S000038278120). Ms.Kanika Joshi(08800210615) and Mr. Rahul Saxena(09711292500) from HDFC have reportedly assured me that , as all the proceedings have done on a recorded line , so I will get the same policy as mentioned above.
But when I checked , the policy that was issued to me is all together different (Policy No:15315364) “ Children’s Double Benefit Plan “ for the term of 11 years with sum assured of Rs. 1,56,600.
Also all the details logged in policy was also incorrect like instead of my phone no., it was mentioned of the agent (Kanika Joshi).

I have taken policy from Nagpur but the online form shows that i have taken it from Ghaziabad…Also the form which i filled is totally different from the one i see at the portal…

Both the agents are not receiving my calls nor do the courier company and courier company company had falsely stated that they have delivered the policy documents to me which is totally incorrect.

Please help me in this regards as this is now a continous trends of Insurance companies looting their customers.
