Deduction of Money

I own an idea number of Mumbai Circle i.e. 9594501776. I had unsubscribed the mobile tv several times and yet they activate it automatically and deduct my money every time. I keep recharging my phone and they keep deducting my amount. I unsubscribed it yet again today and asked them that since I had unsubscribed it several times earlier and yet again and I am not even using the service then probably the amount so deducted yesterday should be at least refunded. But they simply denied and refused to agree that I had unsubscribed it before too. When I asked them the procedure, then the procedure they mentioned was totally different from what was mentioned in a message from idea. Also, I had received messages that your service has been unsubscribed still money was deducted from my account. I am highly dissatisfied with the service of idea and their customer care executives.
