Deduction of balance,not providing complete Information.

Location/place: Chennai

I am Tata docomo customer(7845437176) using this number from last
45days. From last few days my balance is getting deducted for unknown
services which i haven’t activated. Regarding this matter i contacted
Tata docomo customer care representative and deactivated all the
services. After recharging again my balance getting deducted. Even when i tried to contact customer care representative they do not provide complete information and disconnects the call in between,i am facing this problem for last week or two. I have complained on tata docomo online complaint portal and even talked to customer care regarding this but no positive results yet.
