deduction of balance unnecessarily

Location/place: Greater Noida

Name of company/service: reliance GSM

2-3 months ago I recharged for 99 that is a 3G data pack which was valid for 2 days on monday at 7pm. Now according to the plan the data pack should be valid till wednesday 7 pm but it expired earlier and when I checked the balance on wednesday morning at around 9 am Rs. 40 was deducted from my main balance.
I tried to call reliance customer care service around 15-20 times but they didnt give any valid reason for deduction of my balance and neither registed my complaint.
I got to know abt this forum from a friend so I registed my complained late
