Deduction of amount without confirmation by me

Name of company/service: Vodaphone

Dear Sir

Myself Arun Kumar Pandey I am user of Vodaphone pre-paid mobile my no is 07379260179 I subscribe the service for internet for 10 days from 13-23 June @ Rs.42 from retailer. After completion of 10 days mobile company reactivate this service on 24th June 2011 automatically without any confirmation from my end and they deduct Rs.42 from my balance which is unfair. Company has not informed before to reactivate the services and neither they get my confirmation how it is fair that any mobile company can deduct amount without confirmation by client.

I complaint with customer care officer but they said this is automatically reactivate service and they cannot refund the amount and they are unable to support me on this matter.
Kindly do the appropriate action and save the right of consumers
