Deduction of 300 Rupees from my mobile account.

Respected Sir/Madam

My name is nikhil Agarwal i have been cheated by an IDEA company as they have deducted Rupees 300 from my Mobile balance ” 9088360096 ” as after having an word with the Call Center of IDEA they have using SLANGS.. When i have said them that ill make complain they have said to me that even consumerforums father will not be able to do anyhting….
Please help me Sir
