Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Grey Honda Activa HET on 07/04/2013 from Beear Honda, Shahnajaf Road, Lucknow.At the time of purchase on 07/04/2013 my Honda Activa showed starting Problem.Mr Sushant, Manager and Mr. Imran, sales person told that it is due to discharging of battery and changed the battery and delivered the vehicle. Since delivery til date, the vehicle is showing the starting problem, even after the first service is over. Since purchase I have visited the Beeaar Honda service center around 10 to 12 time s. Every time they some how manage to convince me that their is no problem and deliver it back to me. Neither the service personnel nor the sales personnel (Mr Sushant, Manager and Mr. Imran, sales person) had extended any support.
Even I offer Mr. Anil, GM, Beeaar Honda Service center to retain my vehicle for two or more days to examine the problem properly. However he retain my vehicle after cautioning me that I have to bear the cost in case of any road accident. However no resolve met.
Off late the vehicle is showing a self “shut down” syndrome instead of Self start, what is expected.
Kindly help me out.
I want my vehicle either to be exchanged with a new one including the registration cot or my problem to be resolved
