Deduction from final settlement and PF withdraw

Location/place: Gujarat

Name of company/service: ITC Ltd

I had resign from ITC Ltd 6 month back. I have leave company in a month notice period as per contract notice time is 3 month but some of my personal reason I requested company to relieve me in a month and I left company. I had paid all outstanding amount by DD. At that time company had not asked me to pay two month salary. I have requested from my PF withdraw. Now company asking some amount to release PF amount

I had informed at the time of my resignation to relieve in a month notice period but no any mail/communication/information from DHQ/HR/Concern person about relieving and other formalities.
– After 4 month of leaving organization. I am getting information to pay some amount to get the PF cheque.
– I did not got any communication/mail regarding two month salary payment or settlement during my one month notice time.
– Did not got any communication/mail about procedure for relieving before notice period.
– Procedure/action of relieving before notice period is not mention/communicated in service contract/during service/after resignation.
– Employee who have joined with me, have been relieved in a month notice period and without two month salary payment/settlement.

Looking forward for some solution.
