Dear sir My self hetal tailor i using vodafone postpaid from last 4 months but from last 2 months they deduct charges of downloading one months 129 and other 148 But i use internet from last many years and same thing i use in my phone but other company never deduct that much charges without any reason any as per bill detail it shows i download mobilar value pack and shot format.
but i never done that then also get charged
So, please help me
