Cheating in delivery of rough products.

Sir,
One week earlier,I had ordered to deliver iit-jee dvds with books.They assure me to deliver good product but they cheat me by giving rough and damaged dvds.Books are also rough in condition.I have paid him Rs.12,500 .
Please help me sir.
