deduction cash from my main account

I was activated internet pack for 1 month.
Today i used internet & it was 52 Inr was deducted to zero from my main account.
So i called vodafone customer care and asked why it is deducted so he told me that
my net pack is expired.
But i did not get any prior message that my net pack has been expired so requested him
to return my money in my main balance.
But he refused so i am requesting you that you take action of suck kind of fraudment from
vodafone.
