I would like to lodge a formal complaint with your company regarding repair of my XOLOQ700 IMEI No. : 911310450939187 about touch and display problem.
The phone was submitted on 05.06.2014 to the Service Centre:

But the phone is still not repaired. It’s been above 4 months and still no solution is been provided either by the company or by the service centre.
Many attempts to resolve this issue over the phone and via multiple visits to the said service centre have been fruitless.
Although I have made a number of phone calls to various supervisors at XOLOCARE and my complaints have been ignored.
If this matter is not resolved within seven days I will be forced to go the Consumer Forum. Please give this problem your personal attention.
