deduction

Dear sir,

i am a regular user of TATA DOCOMO. yesterday there was rs190 in my main balance and around 750 mb data but today there is nothing in my account 0 balance & 0 data.
for this i contacted to customer care from there i got to know that i have used around 700mb data from my mobile then why the main balance is deducted.& they are not giving me any solution.
