i hd done a recharge of rs.200 on march 2,2015… bt tday on 7 march,2015 i m shocked to see that my balance nw is rs.30 nly.//// so i called the cust care n asked wt happend n they told tat it gt deductef d due to net usage without a pack..whereas i had a 3g net pack so i m quite disappointed tat they hv reduced my balance to rs.0 ..that too without any cause or for a fake cause… i wud request u to please address my problem as i ma student and 200rs being quite a huge AMOUNT FR me..its a great blow to me …i hope that atleast u consumer care people can resolve this problem…thanks in advance
