Deducting balance without reason

Location/place: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom

Reliance here in Ranchi has been deducting balance amounts without any reason. My balance was deducted last night when neither any calls were made nor any pack activated. The amount being Rs. 30. Even though the amount is less the problem is that this has happened several times. With my other family members and friends. Even the customer care does not respond actively to this issue.
Please do let me know how to curb this problem caused by Reliance specifically in this city.
