Deducting balance without any subscription

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: New Delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Reliance</p>Dear sir,today i got 2 messages on my relliance cell that
1)i had succesfuly subscribed for general jokes and
2)i had been charged Rs.30 for VAS OCIAN SMS pack
while i hadn’t subscribed for anything and when i try to contact them it always reply that ALL ARE BUSY STAY ON THE LINE but they never connect and charge almost a rupee per minute.
