about non arrival of bus at major bus stop and changing the route

my name is mohit rajput.I reserved a seat in volvo bus of rsrtc from udaipur to jodhpur and during reservation i asked at ticket window if the bus would go via chetak pahadi bus stand because it is near my house.he replied ‘ofcourse, it will because it is a major bus stand’.on the next day when i reached there no bus did come and when i inquired he replied yes the bus will come and after ten minutes the same person said the bus has gone via another route.I missed my bus and when i inquirred and asked for refund they refused.please help me and do the needful.
