Deducted balance unfairly.

I have an Aircel sim card, I recharged my phone with the 123 top up scheme Aircel has. The recharge was successful and so I was entitled to 500 M.B. 2g data for 3 months. But the next day I used 2g data on my phone and was charged 2p/Kb. This way I lost around 125 Rupees, I called the complaint centre several times, but every time they delayed the refund citing one reason or the other. They said, “since 3g is activated on my phone so if I used 2g I’D have to pay”.
I asked them the number of their superiors and they gave me the number of Mr. Gurmeet Makkar. There is supposedly some problem with his number and I could not contact him even after calling several times, so I searched for some other responsible guy on the web and got the number of Mr. Satbir Sandhu, and guess what his number is also not working. If I have paid for a service I have a right to use it. I demand my money back from the company.

A person has to deal with telecom companies regularly with the latter harassing the users’ in various ways. I want justice for the people, the thing is about honesty, fair play, ethics in business; whether you respect your customers, their time and value them or not.
