We have purchased a L.G. refrigerator last year. While it was in warranty period we registered a complaint coz it was not working properly. it is nearly two months, since we got any reply from them. we made continuous phone calls and at last one technician came but while opening the back part of the refrigerator, he broke one part. And also since two months have already passed, our refrigerator is out of warranty, they now want money for the part they replaced.
