vodafone deducted balance of rs 49/- against mydelights deal without providing option for a confirmation. more over i was not properly intimated about the deduction and services are to be provided against this.. this is not the first time as this trends are common in mobile operators but i could not tolerate any more. i want to raise a complaint and want the refund.
govt or TRY whoever it be should take stringent steps to stop mobile companies from cheating customers like this..
