, I would like to bring to your notice that my telephone no isvodafone kolkata no is 9830142891 and I am using 2G data plan, but all suddenly I got a message at 5.17 AM and 5.35AM 24-Jan-2015 from DM-MYDALA. Then I checked my balance had been deducted by Rs99 and Rs 89. I didn’t activate it either by USSD or SMS. I called the Vodafone customer care. But they told I had activated from my end. They told I might have activated it by clicking any AD pop-up while browsing internet. Again after the complain I recieve another Sms from mydala at12.05PM and Rs 99 was deducted.I complained to customer care but I got the same reply. The next day on 25-Jan-2015 I get a Sms at12.06 PM from myDala and Rs 9 was deducted. I again complained but Customer care people did not help me. I don’t remember if had clicked any pop-up ad in internet by mistake. But how come they deduct my balance without my permission. This is cheating to consumers by MYDALA and VODAFONE. I would be highly obliged if yoy would look into this matter seriously and see in future that no such fradulent activity takes place.
