DEDUCT RS 49 WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION

Name of company/service: RELIANCE
My Reliance CDMA Phone no. is 09378448020, on 2nd april 2011 i recharge Rs 55.00 at about 7 pm. Reliance company deduct Rs 49 for a service called mixMaza on 03.04.2011, without any information, when i called to customer care they told me that it was done by my end. it is totaly wrong. they have to give proff.
