I have relocated from the area of Chinchwad to Wakad in the city of pune. I had given a request of relocation installation to tata sky customer care on 2nd July. However since then even after daily calls and follow ups noone is coming to install the antena. Everytime they take a fresh request and noone responds. When asked about the reason they say that they have some issue with the local cable operator and thereofre there is a delay in the installation. Finally I had given them a request for termination of the services and asked for the refund of the money as balance in my account as well as the money that I spend to buy the set top box but they are refusing to give refund and are also not ready to give it in writing.I have made almost 10 calls but noone is being supportive. I have been forcefully asked to suffer because of their inability to handle the local cable operator.
