Billed for sending SMS 5050 times in two days, which was technical error from teecom company

Location/place: Andheri east Mumbai

Name of company/service: Airtel

For the month of June, I have received my bill for post paid connection, while going through it, i was amazed to see that on one single no a sms has been sent 5050 times in a span of two day from my mobile continuously without a break….have complaint about the same to the company and every time a ref no has been given and told will receive a call in 24 hrs and the same will be sorted out after verification, it has been almost 15 days and no response. For last two yrs have been using the same no and as per records i have never been a default payer or user. the fault has been accepted by the customer service team but till date no action, infact recieving daily msg to make the bill payment. I have made the partial payment of the bill basis deducting the amount for which i m not responsible for, because if i do the full payment i will not be geting a solution at any cost, the same has been informed to the people i have been talking to. Please look into the matter, and provide with the solution.
