deactivation of SMS PACK

Dear Sir,
I am using reliance GSM connection having Number. 9770110576 since 2008. I had activated a SMS pack of Rs 39.00 ,but after one month while I was trying to deactivate this pack ,it could not happen so rather this SMS pack used to be automatically renewed every month by deducting Rs. 39 from my balance . Finally I called Reliance customer care and told them to deactivate SMS pack. They said they they have taken a request for complaint but nothing the result.The balance is deducting as usally

So request you to take necessary steps to solve this problem.
