Deactivated mobile asking for Bill Payment

Dear Team,

I have raised on 31st Jan 2i016 for Deactivation of Mobile connection. However after my discussion with Airtel, they have confirmed to pay as on 08.03.2016 balance of Rs.398.46 and Also I have paid on same date for Rs.399/- and confirmed to them. They has also reverted payment received as on 08.03.16.

On 22.03.16 again raised bill for Rs.851.34 to pay and I am getting daily basis for sms and alert call from Airtel team. Also I have talk to them on 23.04.16 regarding this issue, they are not agreed my deactivate request on 31 Jan 2016. But I am not ready to pay the bill, since I haven’t using the same mobile number from 31st Jan 2016.

I would request you to help me to deal this case to fix the issue.
