i had activated dialertone on my mobile no. 9893312799(Idea) and last night i called the costumer care of idea for changing the song. but after trying several times my song had not get changed rather than my dialer tone is deactivated by company. and the company charged the call also due to which i had got a balance deduction of around 10 rs. and after that my song had not get changed. due to call drop also i had got charged by company. and now i have to pay more money for activation of dialertone. company is not hearing my complaint and even not admitting their mistake.
