I called the customer service for Bosch Dishwashers to have my Dishwasher program knob repaired and was told by Rajesh and Reckson they would charge me Rs 4000 just to have a technician to come home and check the machine because my machine was purchased in Singapore while we lived there. Replacement cost of parts would be separate. I have now moved back to India but Bosch believes in penalizing me for purchasing goods overseas while I lived there!!! And this is in today’s world where everything is going international???? Is this Daylight robbery or what?????
Bosch products are supposed to be good but i will never go for a Bosch product now…. their customer service sucks!!!
