Data Pack Issue

I did a recharge on 9th Oct 2014 of 199 unlimited (2GB) 2G data valid for 30 days (reduced speed after 2GB). I did the recharge through the Vodafone app for Mob # – 9986594177. After the recharge I received an SMS stating “Recharge of Bonus MRP 199 successful.2G data pack of Unlimited Free Internet valid for 28 Days will activate shortly. Max Speed capped after 1.25GB.”
The recharge was done basis the offer provided on the Vodafone app. But in result it wasn’t the reality. Spoke to customer care for the same issue and the tone of the person (Rakesh) was worst my query was not answered.

As per Vodafone the data pack plans were revised on 6th Sept 2014. I am not at all concerned when the plans were revised. I need the offer pack provided on Vodafone App.

The above complaint mail was sent on the day of recharge.

There After I sent a lot of emails to get this issue resolved. I received and email on 28th Oct 2014 stating as below
Response From Vodafone

“Thank you for your email dated 27-Oct-2014 regarding data pack issue for your vodafone number 9986594177.

We would like to inform you that as per your recharge of Rs.199/- the 2G data pack of Rs.199/- unlimited data pack has been activated effective 09-10-2014 as per your request and after the 2GB data usage speed reduces to 40Kbps for your vodafone number.

Kindly find the reference number: 882770679”

But as per the above mail from Vodafone the Data Pack was not revised basis the offer provided on Vodafone app. As I received an SMS on 29th Oct 2014 “You Have Exausted the Internet Pack(1.25GB) on your Number 919986594177 Continue to Enjoy unlimited internet at reduced speed upto 40kbps”

There was FOOLISH, STUPID and IDIOTIC resolution given by Vodafone on 12th Nov 2014 as below

We would like to inform you that data pack has been reversed, as per your recharge of Rs.199/- data pack Rs.199/- 2G has been activated effective 09-10-2014 and valid till 05-11-2014.

Here after few more mails and the Final Mail sent by Vodafone on 29th Nov 2014 is as below

We are unable to provide remaining 750MB data free 2G speeds and 2G packs has been revised and we would not be able to process your request.

I can provide screen shots of the offer provided on Vodafone app on the day of recharge

I am expecting a resolution for my issue. I want to get my value for money I have paid to Vodafone.
