Complete product detail of Dell laptop not share with customer.

I have purchase a Dell laptop in Diwali offer from dell as ‘Celebrate Dell se’ Offer from Reliance Digital of Moti khavdi Jamnagar, Gujarat. on octo 25 th of 2014. my product serial no is 5MTG812. In this laptop Microsoft office is loaded only trial version for one month only .This information is not share by Dell in that offer and neither by Sheller Reliance Digital >while i contacted to Dell customer support by mail their detail reply is as per following.

I Dell or Reliance digital share correct information regarding product detail i will not go for dell product .
As Dell hide & seller hide this information with customer they should supply this software to customer free of cost.me this software free of cost.
Please look in to issue and show forward path for customer benefit.
