data card termineted but still asking for rent

dear consumer forum , this is to inform you i have data card from reliance network i have visited the web to stop and terminate it but they have not accepted the said do it on call center i did the same but it wont terminated they again told to visit web world , i visisted chembur web world, but no one was taking request for termination then stop payment then it got terminated after 90 days but now they are askng for rent but i have not used it then why i should pay for it please reply if usage is not there is it compulsary to pay rent
