Hi,
It’s a highly unprofessional & cheating by Thomas Cook and its agent and cheating to their customer as well.
Following are sequence of events which I went through till date with Thomas Cook’s and its agent:
• I got the tour for Europe for 7 days in Jan’12 for 3 persons including one child.
• I was given the date of travel of 11th june’12 in written by A-plus which was later on changed to 23rd Jul’12 on person request of Mr Lal Owner of A-plus holidays. Due to this my daughter will have to miss the crucial 2 unit test in July’12.
• Cheque of 100000/- advance given at the time of booking the tour was lost by A-Plus , I had to make another cheque for them.
• I was given the shocker last month that 6500/- per person has been increased w.e.f 1st mar’12 as fuel surcharge
• Again today I am told that I will have to shell out 18000/- per person .
Now the cost of this tour which was 209000/- in Jan’12 is going to be 290000/- which is going to be out of reach of my budget, so request you to arrange for return of my money which has been given to Thomas cook till date i.e.236000/-.
