Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a data card of MTS-Mblaze by an on line order placed on Grania Computers F-148/1, Jasola District Center, Shaheen Bagh Okhla, New Delhi, DL 110025
Contact no:- 09811180533. The sales person from MTS has contacated me and delivered the data card . I have submitted my id-proof (Copy of Passport) and a photograph to him. He has assured me that the card will be activated within a day. From last four days I am following up the sales person whose contact no is:- 9555224587 but he is not picking my phone at all. I have contacted to MTS customer care too but as per them they did not recieve my id-proofs yet. I am suffering a lot kindly help me.
