Damaged PHILIPS LCD Delivered

my number is 8447239405 my tv is under warranty gave it for repair to croma people their vendor by the name of hitech services gurgaon took the tv for 10 days when they came back problem was still their for 1 month i have been asking them to come and check but nobodyu is coming and croma people are just giving false coomitments that techinician will come today tmrw its been 1 month what shoild i do in this casePrateek Singh

I think i should loose hope of getting my TV back in working condition as we bought from croma centre saket, It’ been more then a 10 days since agin ur represenative Hitech services have taken my LCD, On tuesday they called directly to me saying it will take a week more i told them i am not interested to talk to you i spoke to Mr.Vimal in croma he said they were lying as they don’t disclose exact details to customer, How pathetic is that my TV, my money, my mental harassment and i will not get facts, within 2 days it will be resolved now today is friday, this is my last ultimatum to you and ur Vendor if i will not get my TV back by tommorow i will take legal actions.Prateek

Ur croma person manish aggarwal janakpuri branch and hitech services Surender are involved in this as per ur croma employee and junior of manish aggarwal he said which i agree on they are lying to you and they have damaged ur tv big time so please register a police complaint of section 420 of fraud which i will do if i will not get my tv back today

On Saturday Vimal of Croma has said that all, his seniors Manish Aggarwal croma manager,Hitech services manager and claims head have confirmed him over the mail that my TV will come back on Monday or Tuesday now today when i called Vimal some lady picked up and said he is out of town ,so i called on extended warranty toll free some customer care executive connected me to Vijay he said before Friday ur TV will come Friday is 15th August then he said by 14th when i said what kind of coomitment is this then he said i can’t help is any fucking from Croma is listening is that for i paid extra warranty amount what kind of pathetic irresponsible people are u guys.i am sure my TV has been damaged i am going to saket croma i will take new tv instead of my old one which u have damaged u have crossed my patience limit is the CEO or some senior reading this Mr.Joshi this is the service u provide to customer who has bought all the electroinics applinaces from ur store go to hell
