Dear Concern,
I have purchased one king size bed from Twenty First Century Products Pvt.Ltd, selling furnitures under the brand name STELLAR FURNITURE& LIFESTYLE, situated at City Mall 36, Shop No-56, Third Floor,GE Road Telebanda, Raipur.
In this connection, I have paid rs 25000/- immediately on 14.08.2012. The same is to be delivered on 19.08.2012. On 24.08.2012 I have paid rest of the amount of rs 2500/- as dealing person insisted for full payment before delivery of the Furniture.
We have mutually agreed for delivery of the Furniture on 27.08.2012. The same was delivered at 10.00 pm. The company has not sent labourers and fitters on that date and I had to incur RS 500/- for unloading and shifting to my Flat 302, Shree Ram Heights, Avanti Vihar, Raipur.
On 28.08.2012, the fitters came for fitting and on that very date it was found that boxes of the bed was in broken status. The fitters could not fit the bed properly and left the bed as it is saying that same will be replaced or repaired.
I have taken up this matter with the showroom officials umpteen times. I have explained the same to Mr.Dinesh Gupta, Showroom Manager who has promised to set the things right.
Now they are keeping silence and not attending our problem leaving the bed in our room.
This is causing problem in our Flat.We are not responsible to upkeep the health of the bed .
I request you to take up this matter with the above company for returning my money with compensation taking care of original MRP of the bed.
I am retaining the copy of this letter to move into consumer court if my problem is addressed within 10.09.2012.
