DAIKIN(NEVER BUY THIER AC , 3RD CLASS PRODUCT)

I am feeling very sorry to be a DAIKIN customer . This is not a
japanese brand but it is a third class brand in the guise of DAIKIN .

You people are cheating with customers in the name of service and
warranty .I have purchased this AC ON 4-6-2017 ,exactly after 11
months the cooling had deteriorated and Now , I came to know that you
outsource service from local service providers who don’t know how to
repair AC .

I will never ever recommend DAIKIN to any one .
I registered a complain last month in the month of APRIL regarding the
cooling issue but the technician who visited told me that DAIKIN don’t
cools in such temperature and he went away and closed my case . I was
busy , so I didn’t contacted customer care executive .

I am facing this issue of slow cooling since past many months , so
again I registered a complain on 7-MAY-2017. Service request for the
same is : KOL0705201813920693 , My service request was assigned to
IMPERIAL ENTERPRISES ( CONTACT NO- 91-657-6560543 AND 91 9234693302 )
two people came to me home at around 3:20PM yesterday( on 7 may) and
they said that my AC is having leakage problem , so they need to bring
the gas and refill it . They took out the job-sheet and mocked me to
sign it and made me to write on it that there is “no cooling ” in the
AC . After that they went away by saying that we will come tomorrow
again so be at home . I waited till evening and when I contacted him ,
he said that he is busy and he will come some other day . Is this the
daikin service ?What this Guy will do , he will make a false estimate
that he refilled gas in my unit and did this and that and will make a
false bill , so not I am only is being cheated but the DAIKIN itself
is being cheated because of all this .

I registered a new complain and the complain number for the same is
KOL0805201813931644 . This time my service request was assigned to
N.S. APPLIANCES . A person contacted me and I told him the ordeal ,
he was about to come for “WET SERVICE ” but he came and took out the
mouth cleaning tooth brush and cleaned my ac in the most wild way(
only indoor unit ) .

My AC fails to cools when the outside temperature is above 40 degree
celsius , I am is from JAMSHEDPUR (JHARKHAND ) . Last year it was
working fine but now it is not working at said temperature .

So , I request DAIKIN to care for its customers , my unit is still in
warranty , if you cannot provide me GOOD after sale service then
replace the entire unit atleast this will be the last time and you
guys who is reading this email , don’t have to pay from your packet .
So your outsourced service centres are playing with your brand name .
If DAIKIN wants to eastablish itself in INDIA then instead of
outsourcing third class and cheap after sale service provider , better
open your own service centres .
