Cut off balance without any reasons.

Location/place: North 24 parganas

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM mobile

My self Suman Sarkar, I ‘m customer of Reliance GSM mobile. Some days ego my balance automatically deducted from my balance. I register complain to customer care, they provide complain no 3289036653, 203385503 respectively. They gave the assurance in future this kind of badly transaction never happened of my mobile and balance should return to my mobile.But right now I’m not received my deducted balance and also this kind of operation going on respectively.Even, I’m trying to contact customer care but connection automatically going to disconnected.
I’m requesting you please take the necessary action against that kind of activities.
