Name of company/service: State Bank Of India
I requested a check book in State Bank of India, but the same is not delivered due to unknown reason and gone to the branch(Tangra panchanantala – 8761), then the branch people called me that, I can collect my Check book from bank. So When I went to the bank and asking for my own check book then they are asking Postal charges from me. and also abused me like anything among the all customers within the bank
