Customer Dissatisfaction due to fraud Services

Location/place: Dwarka, New Delhi

Name of company/service: LG India

I wish to highlight the inconvinince and issues i am going through
with LG AC (1.5 ton Window) in a frequent interval of time & now water
has gone above my head, this is the third time i am lodging a
complaint to LG customer care within last 3 months. Refer to all 3
complaint number provided below.

From the past two complains what i have experineced is the “Gas
Lickage”.Don’t know if you have a permanent solution on this.

I wish better solution and better customer satisfaction from such big
brand, this is the least i expect to go through.

If some one is taking note of it, i request to highlight the issue to
the highest level possible & quick resolution.
