Complain about service and abuse by serviceman.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have a Voltas split AC, 2 ton which I bought about a year back, at Guwahati. I have transported it to Tezpur and had it re-installed about a month back. It was done by a technician name Mr. Ranjit Malik who was deputed to us by the local voltas sales service center. While installing he dropped the stabiliser and deformed it. He then told us that we had to fill gas and charged me Rs. 3300.00 extra for which we were not provided with any cash memo and also told me that he had checked for any leakage which might possibly exist and assured me that there is none. I used it for a day and it seemed to be working fine, after which I had to go back to my home town, Guwahati. I had come back on Friday, 20th July and found that the AC failed to cool.
I called the same technician and the dealer and also called the toll free number by evening to complain as the technician did not turn up. I waited all day and then in the evening he received my call finally and said he would visit even if it is 12 midnight or he would visit on Sunday as he stays very nearby. He kept me awake and waiting until 12 and never received my call again. Then on Sunday he kept his phone switched off all day as a result of which I had to get a non company technician to get the AC checked and he said that there is some leakage inside and asked me to contact a company person as I would be deprived of any claim if he repairs the AC. I had to pay him Rs.1,500.
Next morning when I called him he said he would visit by 12 noon, as he would need another person to help him out and who he said would join him at that time, again I waited for him and he stopped receiving my call. So at about 6 p.m. I visited the dealer again asking if anyone was going to attend to my complain. They called up Mr. Malik who again assured that he would attend to it even if it is late. Then at about 8.30 p.m. he received my call and said that the company is not able to provide him with gas so he was trying to arrange it on his own. Finally at about 10.30 p.m. I called him again as I had wasted 2 days waiting for him, to my surprise he received my call 2nd and started abusing me with foul language and said he doesn’t care if I would report him to the company . He said the company cannot provide him with the necessary things for the repair and that I am not the only customer he has to attend to. He also told me that before I could complain he would complain to the company about me putting false allegations and assured me that the company would listen to him and not me. He also said that he did not even care if he worked for the company or not.
I have never been spoken to in such language. Being a senior executive of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. Bangalore, I understand the importance of customer care which I regret to say your company has none. I did not buy a VOLTAs product to be abused. At this point all I can say is that I request you to take the Ac back and refund my money. Sir, staying without the Ac would be much better then to be abused and you are not the only company in the market. I request you take action against Mr. Malik and if no action is taken then I would be compelled to think that your company does not respect the customers and I will take this matter to consumer court and to the media. Our company is opening showroom at several places in the North East and we were thinking of using Voltas AC in all our outlets but now after this incident I do not think that it would be a good idea. I would even discourage my associates to consider Voltas AC.

I hope you take necessary action and respond promptly to my request.
